To shop with us, you must be 18 years or older and must have a Swedish social security number. Each order is manually reviewed to ensure the buyer's age. We reserve the right to cancel orders from people who have provided incorrect personal data. All false orders or attempted fraud will be reported to the police by JisonProdukter AB.
3. Price
All prices are in Swedish kronor. The prices always include tax and VAT. In the case of a confirmed order, the prices may only change due to circumstances beyond JisonProdukter AB's control, e.g. changes in tax or VAT. No other fees are charged. For logged-in retailers, prices are displayed excl. VAT.
4. Buy
In connection with an order, JisonProidukter.se sends a preliminary order confirmation by e-mail. The preliminary order confirmation is automatically generated in our database without manual review. Purchase agreements are only made after JisonProdukter.se has checked the buyer's age and corrected any inaccuracies in e.g. stating price, delivery time, etc. When an order has been approved and processed, an email will be sent confirming that the product/products have left the warehouse. You can then log in to your page with us to see the shipment number.
5. Right of withdrawal / Complaint / Unclaimed goods
You as a consumer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and right of exchange when shopping online. This means that you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the date you have received the order and can return your goods to us. The only condition is that the item is returned in its original condition, i.e. that it is unused and undamaged. Always enclose the product in its original packaging and leave all labels and any brand tags on. Remember that you bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us, so make sure the product is well packed. If an item is wrongly shipped or incorrect, we of course also cover the return postage. Unredeemed goods are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal. We then reserve the right to charge shipping costs, as well as return shipping costs of a total of SEK 250 including VAT, which will be deducted in the event of a refund. To receive a refund for unclaimed goods that are being returned, you must first contact us. In case of any complaints, always contact us by e-mail or fill in the complaint form (see complaints) and state the reason for the complaint.
6. Privacy & Security
When you shop at JisonProdukter.se, you enter personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number and social security number. We need this information to deliver the goods to you. Social security number is required to ensure the buyer's age. We need the e-mail address, among other things, to confirm orders/deliveries, but will also serve as a username the next time you shop in our online store. Your personal data is stored in our business data system according to the Personal Data Act (PUL) prescribed period of 10 years. JisonProdukter AB's employees with customer contact have access to the stored data. Otherwise, they are only accessible if you log in with your account details. As a customer, according to PUL, you have the right to receive the information we registered. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or removed. In that case, contact our customer service. JisonProdukter.se does not participate in sending so-called SPAM. As a customer of ours, you may receive e-mails regarding your order, payment or other communication you have initiated as well as information, newsletters or offers regarding our customer relationship. We do not disclose personal data to third parties. Force Majeure In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis to us being released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
